- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W912LN-13-T-0016 is issued as a Request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is NOT a small business set-aside. Vermont Army National Guard's Family Program Office has a requirement for a vendor to provide commercial monthly flat rate telephone service for 32 landlines and one toll free line at various locations in Vermont. Plan must include unlimited local and in-state long distance, unlimited nationwide calling, call waiting, caller ID and voice mail. Existing phone numbers must stay the same. No movement or installation of phone lines required. Period of performance is for one year-long base year and, if exercised, one year-long option year. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsible vendor whose quote conforms to this solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered. All questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing on or before 1400 on 20 August 2013.
