- Title: This is Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Co-pumped KW Class Pump and Signal Combiner for the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PZIA Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Nufern Inc., for the purchase of a KW Class Pump and Signal Combiner, which are manufactured by Nufern Inc., who owns proprietary data rights and design details to this product. Anticipated date of award is 20 August 2013. The FSC Code is 6099, the NAICS Code is 333314 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days of this announcement.
