YOUR BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOUR SUBMITTALS ARE MISSING. WE ARE ALSO CHANGING THE BID DUE DATE TO 16 AUGUST 2013 BY NOON. PLEASE SEND BID AND SUBMITTALS TO CHERYL.A.MICHENER@USACE.ARMY.MIL AND A COPPY TO DANIEL.BENNETT@USACE.ARMY.MIL ALL QUESTION PLEASE CONTACT DAN BENNETT @ 716-879-4249 ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STEERING WILL BE DONE AT PINNEY DOCK IN ASHTABULA OHIO. ALL WORK WILL BE DONE BEFORE 30 SEPT 2013 ************************* The bid due date has been extended to 20 Aug 2013 at 1200. Please see the attached, revised scope of work. Please note the work must be completed no later than 30 Nov 2013. Offerors shall propose a binding completion date. The Government will trade off the proposed completion date with the proposed price. The proposed price is equally important as the proposed completion date.
