- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W8123432170001 is being issued as an unrestricted Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. DO NOT combine Quote 1 and Quote 2 together. Costs are to remain separate. Multiple contracts may be awarded. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has an immediate requirement for the following: QUOTE 1 DRILL HALL 1.1 each 87 quote mark x 139 quote mark projection screen 2.1 each Projector/lens combination that allows for HD projection 3.1 each Rack with PC/Laptop/Satellite/Blu-ray support 4.1 each Speaker system adequate to the size of room 5.1 each Installation QUOTE 2 ROOMS 1.3 each 70 quote mark LED Interactive Touch Screen on wheels 2.3 each Rolling A/V cart with blu-ray, Uninterruptible Power Supply, and expansion shelves 3.3 each Speaker system adequate to the size of room 4.3 each Installation The idea is that the cart and screen can be moved around as necessary with the cables being minimized between the cart, screen, and wall. MANDATORY Site Visit will be conducted on 21 August 2013 at 10 am at the Lehi Armory, 348 East Main Street, Lehi, Utah 84043. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award will be made on lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes are due NLT 5:00 pm MST 30 August 2013.
