Description

The purpose of this announcement is to fulfill the requirement of FAR 5.201. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to issue a contract to the Scott Data Systems, Inc. for the purchase of an annual software maintenance agreement for NIST's Engineering, Maintenance and Support Services Division (EMSS) Job Tracking System (JTS) which is the software package utilized by NIST/EMSS to initiate, monitor labor and material costs, and bill customers for work performed by EMSS. The intent is to award to Scott Data Systems, Inc. for a term of 1 base year (11/1/2013 - 10/30/2014) and four one year option period at an estimated annual cost of $25,000. Due to the proprietary data rights to make modificaitons to the system, there are no other responsible sources that can provide this service. The estimated date of award of this action is 9/1/2013 with an effective date of 11/1/2013.
