- Description
- The successful contractor shall furnish all plant labor, equipment, and material necessary to construct a High Security fenced and paved Explosive Safety Zone, 60 feet wide by 60 feet long, to accommodate the EOD ARMAG (Reduced Quantity-Distance Above Ground Magazine for munitions storage). Construct approximately 300 feet of 10 foot wide permanent pavement driveway to access EOD ARMAG site from the east and south. Excavate and grade approximately 1.5 acres, develop an approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and construct approximately 400 feet of aggregate paved access road to the EOD Training Area. This work is to be accomplished at a specific site location inside the area of NAS/JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. Magnitude of Construction - Between $250,000 and $500,000 Tentative date of solicitation release: 26 Aug 2013 Contract Completion Date: TBD after issuance of the Notice to Proceed Tentative closing date for Bids: 23 Sep 2013 at 0900AM Central Time This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
