- TITLE: Oil & Water Separator Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Submit only written quotations for RFQ F2Q3653149AQ03 in response to this solicitation. This RFQ constitutes the only notice as this requirement is exempt from synopsis by FAR 5.202(a)(13). This acquisition is set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS code 562211 with a $35,500,000.00 Million size standard. The government requires the following items: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Oil/Water Separator Maintenance Services at Langley Air Force Base for the period 16 September 2013 through 15 September 2014 in accordance with the PWS. This RFQ is for a base year plus 4 option years and contains 4 lines item. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE - Qty: 1 EACH. CLIN 0002 QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE - Qty: 3 EACH. CLIN 0003 EMERGENCY PUMPING - Qty: 1 EACH. CLIN 0004 - DISPOSAL SERVICE - Qty: 4,000 GALLON. a. Base Year: 16 September 2013 - 15 September 2014 b. Option Year One: 16 September 2014 - 15 September 2015 c. Option Year Two: 16 September 2015 - 15 September 2016 d. Option Year Three: 16 September 2016 - 15 September 2017 e.
