End Item: ORION P-3 Aircraft Approved sources are: HYSPAN PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC. 70510 P/N AT1946 FLEXIBLE METAL, INC. 60535 P/N A200065 SMITHS TUBULAR SYSTEMS-LACONIA, 78570 P/N 98898 AIRCRAFT METAL PRODUCTS CORP 50885 P/N 351-1127 The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. OTICE: The Government desires to award an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract as a result of this solicitation for a period of one year, with 2 one-year option or until the aggregate total of the orders placed against the contract reaches $150,000, for the item of supply listed in the solicitation item description. **DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) QUOTATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON A HARD COPY OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND EMAILED TO Lori Phillips AT LORI.PHILLIPS@DLA.MIL OR BY FAX AT 614-692-6929. The IDPO contract will provide coverage for DLA orders for stock replenishment. Prices shall be FOB destination with LOGMARS Bar Code marking and packing (current revision). Material shall be packaged STANDARD COMMERCIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D 3951. Offerors are to submit quotes with pricing and delivery for all quantity ranges and option years in accordance with the solicitation requirements to include packaging and a minimum 90 day quote validity period. The pricing provided will apply to all future delivery orders as a result of the IDPO award. Shipping locations within the United States will be specified on each individual delivery order. ***The guaranteed minimum of 11 each is applicable to the base period only. ***Estimated Annual Demand: 221 each. This is an estimate only and will not be purchased by the IDPO contract. ***Minimum quantity per order: 1 each ***Maximum quantity per order: 221 each CLIN 0001 NSN: 4720-00-351-1127
