- Description
- This is a Woman-owned Small Business set-aside procurement. Request for Proposal No. DOLJ13SA00004 for Job Corps Outreach/Admissions in Northern California will be available approximately August 15, 2013, at www.fbo.gov. Job Corps is a program that targets disadvantaged and at-risk youth ages 16 through 24. The program emphasizes long-term employability by providing educational and occupational skills training along with support services in a residential setting. The successful offeror will provide Outreach/Admissions for 1747 arrivals annually in Northern California. The resultant cost plus incentive fee contract will cover the period May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2016 plus three unilateral option years. There will be no pre-proposal conference. It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP from the website. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sheryl Algee, algee.sheryl@dol.gov. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on September 16, 2013, at the following address: Sheryl Algee Contracting Officer.
