- Synopsis: This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to GSL SOLUTIONS INC. The requirement is for GSL Intellicab Will Call Management Operating system Enterprise plus STD-Support and Maintenance for the main pharmacy and outlying clinics located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg NC 28310. Requirement is set aside for small business. Service Agreement includes but is not limited to the Operating system, Intellicab Support and Maintenance, Metrologic Scanners, four drawer intellicab equipment and signature capture pods. The proposed contract action is for leased equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
