- RFQ Wage Determination Statement of Work dated 8/14/13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The procedures in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); solicitation/reference number is F1N2E13106AQ01. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112, and the small business size standard is $35.5 Million. Columbus Air Force Base has a need for non-personal services to provide all management, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials and other items necessary to provide Parts Cleaning and Degreasing machine servicing in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 8/14/13. Required Period of Performance (POP): 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014. The contract will include four (4) option periods, 1 Oct 14 to 30 Sep 15, 1 Oct 15 to 30 Sep 16, 1 Oct 16 to 30 Sep 17, and 1 Oct 17 to 30 Sep 18. EVALUATION CRITERIA: 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria in 52.212-2 paragraph (a) are as follows: Evaluation of offerors will be based on technical acceptability and price. An offeror is technically acceptable if there are no exceptions to the Statement of Work. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror that represents the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offeror if deemed in the Government's best interest.
