Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: VA701-13-I-0294 This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services. The authority for this award is FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Northrop Grumman 15010 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly VA 20151 for the procurement of services in support of the implementation of the Electronic Employee Performance Appraisal (ePM) application, using ePower. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this acquisition is for award of a Federal Supply Schedule contract Task Order to Northrop Grumman (NG) on GSA Schedule GS-35F-4506G to provide project management services to plan the implementation of the Electronic Employee Performance Appraisal (ePM) application, using ePower, and the planning and implementation of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) ePM Application Pilot, for all non-bargaining Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Executive Career Field (ECF) employees.
