- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991 with a size standard of $7.0 million. All prospective bidders must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may register online at http://www.sam.gov. Award will be based on low price, technically acceptable. The government reserves the right to award on an All or None basis. The proposal shall consist of - four (4) Contract Line Item Numbers - (CLIN) 001, Quantity: 30, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Portable Chemical Latrines; (CLIN) 002, Quantity: 450, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Cleaning Service on Portable Chemical Latrines; (CLIN) 003, Quantity: 6, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Hand Wash Stations; and (CLIN) 004, Quantity: 90, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Cleaning Service on Hand Wash Stations. THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT WILL BE ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. All quotations shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124Q-13-T-9180, emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 22 August 2013 at 3:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST). In addition, all technical questions concerning this requirement must be emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 21 August 2013, 1:00 P.M. MST. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
