- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the Department of the Interiors Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement (OSM) for the Dwight Mission Reclamation Project Construction Inspection at Sallisaw Creek Park in Sequoyah County, OK. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 541350 is applicable. Size Standard is $7.0M. The Inspection Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation and services necessary to perform inspection and monitoring services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Prospective inspectors are also invited to attend the Site Visit and Pre-Bid Meeting on July 10, 2013, but will not be compensated for their time. Responses to RFQ S13PS00017 are due in Pittsburgh, PA by 12:30 PM EDT on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. All responses must include a resume for each prospective inspector that details relevant work experience which meets/exceeds minimum qualification requirements.
