- RFQ Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (Annual Software Subscription & Support Renewal for IBM Velocity Legacy Contract FCT) is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is N0003013T0754 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-67 and DFARS Change Notice 20130808 *****Due to an error with FBO.gov, the "Response Date" field cannot be edited and completed.
