- REVISED SOLICITATION DETAILS AND SOW NATIONAL BPA for SBSE L&E DOCUMENT REPARATION/WORD PROCESSING SERVICES See REVISED attached Statement of Work and REVISED SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL) WAGES FOR EACH COUNTY IN WHICH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED, ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CONTRACT ACTION * PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 10/01/2013 - 09/30/2018 One (1) base year with four (4) option years. All orders under the BPA shall specify a price/rate for the performance of the tasks identified in the statement of work and total for each year separately. There is no guaranteed minimum dollar amount per year. Anticipated Maximum: $100,000/per year. Funds will not be presently available for this contract action until appropiation is enacted for FY 14, after 10/01/13. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. * Annual Adjustments to this contract maybe made based on DOL wage and benefit changes.
