- The North Regional Contracting Office (NRCO), Direct Health Care Division, 6021 5th Street, Bldg 1467, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060 The North Regional Contracting Office (NRCO) seeks information on commercial 8(a) vendors that are capable of providing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)/Dermatology services for Tele-Health Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout the North Capital Region. Small businesses in the following categories are encouraged to respond: 8(a). When responding, please submit capability statements by 30 August 2013. The Contractor shall provide health care support for Tele-Health Division, NRMC. The services will be of a nature and scope described in the paragraphs below. The contract Health Care Provider (HCP) will work in conjunction with other health care providers, professionals, and non-contract personnel. The Contractor HCP shall provide the personal services of Dermatologist, Neurologist, License Practical Nurse (LPN), MSA, Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Physician Assistant (PA), Pharmacist, and Dietitian. Licensed to perform services of the nature and scope described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The quality of care provided by the Contractor HCP shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission (JC). Contractor HCP shall give the highest regard to patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights for Patients. The Contractor HCP shall abide by the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) rules, regulations and by laws, including Medical Staff By laws, as well as applicable Army regulations governing such things as medical records. After results of this market research are obtained NRCO may conduct a competitive procurement and subsequently award a Contract. If at least two responsible, qualified respondents are classified as small business described herein, then any competitive procurement solicited by NARCO will be done as a small business set-aside. NARCO is seeking responses from vendors within the 8(a) Program. Small businesses are defined under the associated NAICS code for this effort, 621111, as those domestic sources having $10,000,000 or less. Please include your company's size classification in any response to this notice. Companies that can provide the TBI/Dermatology services are requested to email a detailed report describing their abilities to katherine.a.rowe4.ctr@mail.mil no later than the response date for this sources sought notice. The report should include achievable qualifications and any other information relevant to your service or capabilities. Also, the following information is requested to be provided as part of the response to this sources sought notice: 1. Name of the company, POC name, phone number, address and email address; 2. NAICs code; 3. Descibe the experience your company has in managing similar program(s). 4. Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing its minimum requirements and finalizing its market research.
