- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 10 CLINS for timbers for miter gates at several of our facilities. Delivery to the addresses noted in solicitation on or prior to September 30, 2013. The vendor shall be responsible for unloading the materials at the delivery locations. Delivery shall be coordinated with the points of contact listed in the solicitation. A minimum one-week notice is required. Deliveries will be accepted Monday through Friday from 0800-1600 excluding federal holidays.
