Description

After approval from the U.S. Small Business Administration, this solicitation has been changed from a Total Small Business Set-Aside to FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and is re-solicited in order to obtain offers that are Fair and Reasonable in the commercial market place. Additionally, the NIACS code has be changed to 333922. The Government has a requirement for (1) Stationary Electric Ordnance Deformer including Conveyor system with the following Salient Characteristics: Size: Cannot exceed an area more than 18 feet long x 8 feet wide. Must be able to separate Deformer from the Sort Conveyor in order to have both systems operate parallel and independently. Performance: Features: Processes 3,000 - 12,000 lbs per hour. Meets vibration requirements and shock requirements of in accordance with industry standards. Processes spent brass up to 20MM brass. Operating Frequency Range: 64Hz -50kHz Sort Conveyor: Electric drive, Belt. Must be 14 " - 30" wide X 14' - 22' long, with adjustable legs. Horse Power: 10 - 60 hp soft start electric motor. Voltage: Must be 230 volts in order to connect to existing power supply. This equipment must be delivered within 60 days After Receipt of Order. Include all shipping cost in quotation. Award will be Firm Fixed Price Contract. Evaluation will be based on price alone, the lowest technically Acceptable priced offer will be awarded a contract. This solicitation is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION requirement.
