Description
AMENDMENT 00001 EEFFECTIVE AUGUST 19, 2013 1. The puspose of this amendment is to add line item 0002 for UID cost per item and the Total cost for 9 EA, Cisco 1 port T3 E3 Network Module. PN: NM- 1T3/E3= Vendors must include copy of Cisco certificate of Registration / Partnership. To be considered, quotes & certificates must be uploaded on the SPAWAR e- commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil, under SSC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions / N66001-13-T-6462 to be considered. 2. Solicitation end date is extended August 22, 2013. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *************************************************************** This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-13-T-6462. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business / Brand-name only, NAICS code is 334210 and business size standard is 1,000 personnel. Payment terms will be Net 30. ITEM 0001. Cisco 1 port T3 E3 Network Module. PN: NM-1T3/E3= QTY = 9 EA UNIT COST = TOTAL = GRAND TOTAL: Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. To be considered for award, the offeror certifies that the product being offered is an original and new Cisco product, and that the subject products are eligible for all manufacturer warranties and other ancillary services or options provided by the manufacturer. Offeror further certifies that it is authorized by the manufactures to sell the Cisco product in the U.S. Offerors are required to submit documentation with the offer identifying its supply chain for the product, that all products are new and in their original Cisco packaging. By making an offer, offeror also consents to cancellation of award if, upon inspection after delivery, any products provided are not rec gnized or acknowledged by the manufacturer as new and original products that are eligible for warranties and all other ancillary services or options provided by the manufacturers or that Offeror was not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the Cisco product in the U.S. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, Effective 01 Augr 2013 & DFARS DPN 20130710, Effective 10 July 2013).
