- RFQ Package The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) Milford, CT is seeking equipment and installation of Doppler flow meter for outfall 002 in accordance with attached statement of work (SOW). The contractor shall provide labor, supplies and equipment to meet the requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and written proposals are being requested in response to this solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and is subject to the Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2005-3027, Rev. 12. The associated NAICS code is 334513. All offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation.
