- Map of Delineated Area GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Salt Lake City area Delineated Area: See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2034 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2136 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 structured, secured, adjacent to office Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Wareyard 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be located within the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Secured, interior parking and office space must be or must be capable of location directly adjacent to office space through a private entry. Therefore, first floor space is preferred. A roll-up garage door to the interior parking area is required. All space is to be occupied no later than December 28, 2013. The initial tenant will be the US Marshals Service. Space is being acquired under Full and Open Competition statutes. A map of the delineated area is attached. All offered properties must be the delineated area boundaries.
