A map of the delineated area is also provided. Offerors are being provided the opportunity to ask questions related to this RLP (see section 3.01 of the RLP). All questions must be submitted to the following email address prior to 5:00 PM Eastern on 08/26/2013: MCCLEASE@MCC.GOV Offers conforming to the requirements of the RLP shall be received no later than 5:00 PM Eastern on 09/09/2013 (see section 3.02 of the RLP).
