Description
Network Contracting Office 18 intends to solicit sources to provide a Zimmer Dornoch Medical System. An FDA approved closed fluid management system. Training done on site by vendor with user competencies by specific Nurse Manager of OR and ENDO. Qty of 5 - Ultra Duo flex Qty of 2 - Ultra Evac Qty of 2 - Scale Preventer Qty of 2 - Backflow Preventer Kit Qty of 2 - Booster Pump Qty of 168 - Ultra Cart Manifold Qty of 8 - Ultra Enzyme Qty of 2 - Verification Log Ultra Cart Manifolds approximately 1500 annually Ultra Enzyme approximately 60 annually Warranties for all equipment This acquisition shall be conducted through full and open competition and shall result in a single award of a firm-fixed price contract to the offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, technical, price and other factors considered. This North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 56221, Waste Treatment and disposal. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All interested parties must register on the FedBizOpps site in order to receive notification or changes and/or new postings to the solicitation. There will be no further pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be posted, however, the issuance date is anticipated on or about September 1, 2013. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.212-4, all contractors are required to be registered with the SAM database in order to conduct business with the Federal government. Lack of registration in SAM database may make an offeror ineligible for award. Each Offeror must have an established firm in the business called for, be financially sound, able to show evidence of reliability, ability, experience, facilities, and personnel directly employed by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. Contractors are requested to take into consideration the complexity and extent of the services to be performed for this procurement. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all equipment as described above.
