Description

Contract Title. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to package, label, transport, recycle, treat, and/or dispose, the waste streams listed in Table 1in accordance with all Ohio and Federal regulations. Waste disposal is anticipated to occur 18 times over the 3 year period of performance for this contract. The contractor shall provide an annual inventory analysis of all pharmaceuticals in inventory as well as access to an on-line pharmaceutical waste characterization database service for the 3 year period of performance for this contract. VA Medical Center - Chillicothe (VAMC) is a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG) of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous and Non-hazardous Wastes and recyclable materials. VAMC has Generator ID Number OH6360010254.
