Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. Solicitations are not yet available. The estimated release date is on or around October 1, 2013. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, requires Blood and Blood related services to be pickup and delivered to its medical centers within VISN 21. The contractor shall provide pickup/delivery, transportation of blood, laboratory testing when needed, proper storage during transport. The Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract with one base year and four one-year options.
