Description: The purpose of the project is to remove and replace 120 T8 lamps and ballasts with energy efficient T8 lamps and ballasts located at the elevator door entry/exit in buildings 70(A), 71 (B), 72 (C) and 73 (D) at the Uniformed Services University campus. Replace the metal panels near the elevator area. In addition, install new decorative grating and remove the existing aluminum grating that covers the lights. ** Potential contractors shall be registered on www.sam.gov and possess an active CAGE Code.
