- Pricing Schedule Requirements Offeror Information Page Instructions to Offerors SF-1449 Continuation SF-1449 The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for vehicle history reports for the Asset Forfeiture Division. The vehicle reports will include VIN, year, make model of vehicle, odometer readings with any associated issues, title information with any associated issues, and incident report information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for vehicle history reports for the Asset Forfeiture Division.
