- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 0001 One (1) Each Industrial Hygiene Kit. Minimum specification: Requires Individual and Area sampling pump Requires 5 Pack of Personal Sampling Pumps (5 ea pumps with 5- station charger and 5 ea cassette holders) (with calibrator) (with Electronic quote mark Dry Cal quote mark style Primary Standard Calibrator capable of 1% volumetric accuracy) With capable of extended flow range: 5 to 5000 ml/mm that is suitable for low flow gas/vapor or high flow particulate sampling. This is not specific enough in regards to pumps. It should at least specify a Li-ion battery (capable of a run time of 20 hours at 2.0 LPM with a 37mm 0.8 micron MCE Filter). Pump section should be as follows; Requires 5- Pack of Personal Sampling Pumps (5ea pumps with 5- station charger and 5 ea cassette holders) with Electronic quote mark Dry Cal quote mark style Primary Standard Calibrator capable of 1% volumetric accuracy. Pumps must be capable of flow range from 5 ml/min to 5000 ml/min. Pumps must use a rechargeable Li-ion battery capable of run times of 20 hours at 2.0 Liters/min using a 37 mm 0.8 micron MCE filter Requires optional low flow tube holder (low flow adapter kit, CAT No 210-500) used with CPC allowing up to four sorbent tube samples to be taken simultaneously. Requires a bellows style grab sample pump for sampling with colorimetric detector tubes. Needs Datalogging anemometer w/ telescopic and articulating probe that will provide measurements meeting all applicable OHSA standards. This function provides immediate indicators of measured air currents/velocity, temperature, and humidity with an accuracy of Air Velocity Requires range from - 20 to 6000 fpm (0.1 to 30 m/s) Requires accuracy: +/- 2% of reading; Resolution -1 fpm or 0.01 m/s (0 to 9.99 m/s), 0.1 m/s (10 to 30 m/s) Operates with air temperature range from -4 to 140 F (-20 to 60C) and accuracy +/- 1F (+/- 0.5 C); Resolution - 0.1 F or 0.1 Must include USB cable and PC software (WIndows 7 compatible) Needs Portable datalogging monitor that measures CO2 concentration in ppm, temperature, and humidity. Software and RS-232 cable must be included Light meter must display fc or lux within a wide range: 20, 200, 2000, 20000 fc and accuracy within +/- 3% reading and will display an over-range indication Must be able to take a cosine and color-corrected measurement Must have lead ghost wipes with template able to take surface measurements Must include Box of 200 ea Ghost Wipes for collecting lead surface samples and a 10 inch X 10 inch Plastic Template Requires heavy duty Pelican case large enough to store entire kit to ensure safety of equipment while in transit Will be delivered to Salem, OR 97301 Vendor must include name, point of contact, telephone no., fax no., email address, tax id no., duns no., cage code, and delivery date on the quote.
