NOTE: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REQUESTING INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of qualified, technically capable vendors to furnish full preventative maintenance services, unscheduled repair services and emergency services located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104 on approximately nine (9) passenger elevators, four (4) freight elevators, two (2) cart lifts and two (2) dumbwaiters commencing fifteen (15) calendar days after contract award and continuing for one year with four option years to follow. The applicable NAICS code is 238290 and small business size standard is $14.0 million. A. Please indicate below the socio-economic status of your firm. As indicated above, the small business threshold is $14.0 million dollars.
