- Integrated High Payoff Rocket Propulsion Technology (IHPRPT) Program Response Date: 09/10/2013 Description: The Integrated High Payoff Rocket Propulsion Technology (IHPRPT) Program will conduct a restricted attendance meeting on 18-19 September, 2013 at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. Government representatives will provide briefings on rocket propulsion technology development efforts and plans supporting attainment of the program's science and technology goals. Information that is restricted under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act shall be discussed. DoD, NASA, and U.S. contractors who have registered (1) with Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC®) to receive export controlled and Distribution Statement C restricted Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) and (2) with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), will be permitted to attend the entire meeting. U.S. contractors not registered with DTIC, but who are certified with DLIS, can participate with certification from a Government participant. All non-Government attendees will be required to be U.S. citizens and to supply a copy of their organization's export control certification resulting from their form DD2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement (MCTDA).
