- This Amendment 2 is to: 1) Remove page 10 of Appendix A and replace with new page. 2) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and the solicitation closing date and time remain unchanged. Appendix A will not be posted, but can be requested upon submittal of a non-disclosure agreement. This Amendment 1 is to: 1)Remove pages 2, 10, and 11 of Appendix A and replace with new pages. 2) The phrase quote mark Demolish Pavement quote mark in the legend of page 5 of 16 in Appendix A should be removed and replaced with quote mark Mill Pavement quote mark. 3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and the solicitation closing date and time remain unchanged. Appendix A will not be posted, but can be requested upon submittal of a non-disclosure agreement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a Parking Lot Repair located at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Work includes removing existing pavement, subbase and installation. Work also includes new curb, gutters around the perimeter and landscaping of the north lot. See the attached Solicitation and Supplemental Information for more details.
