Description
The FAA is seeking competent and qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment, tools and supplies and material to demolish and install dry type sprinklers at the FAA NY ARTCC facility garage and storage building located at 4205 Johnson Avenue - Ronkokoma NY This Screening Information Request (SIR) is being sent to: 1. Hartcorn Plumbing 2. A & F Fire Protection 3. Rayco Inc. 4. CUSA Consulting Inc. 5. IJC Corp. 6. Schulman Industries NACIS CODE - 238220 Performance Time - 90 Calendar Days Payment Bond - Required Performance Bond - Required Insurance Requirement - $1 Million Estimated Range - $100k - $150k Mandatory Site Visit will be held on August 22, 2013 @ 10:00 a.m. at the FAA NY ARTCC 4205 Johnson Avenue - Ronkonkoma NY followed by a tour of the facility. Attendance is mandatory because of the nature of the work. Security issues preclude the need for the FAA to be informed prior to contractor(s) arrival for escorting requirements. Contractors shall submit list of attendees via e-mail to Maria.Rosu@faa.gov no later than Noon - August 21, 2013. Attendees must present State issued Photo ID (driver's license) upon arrival to the FAA security guards. Offers will be accepted from only those contractors who have attended the mandatory pre-prosal site visit conference to assure a full understanding of the requirements. The Government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror who is determined to be responsible and whose proposal conforms to all requirements of the SIR.
