Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-23. This requirement is Unrestricted. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Description of Requirement: Clin 0001: APC Power Module - 3200W, Qty: 1 Clin 0002: APC Advantage Plan - 1 Year - 9 x 5 Next Business Day - On-site- Maintenance - Parts and Labor - Electronic and Physical Service, Qty: 1 Clin 0003: 1 Year NBD 1P Advantage Plan for Symmetra, Qty: 8 Clin 0004: APC Schneider Electric Critical Power & Cooling Service - 1 Year - 9 x 5 Next Business Day - On-site Maintenance - Parts and Labor - Physical Service, Qty: 5 Preventive maintenance serviced by a Certified service team member qualified to perform maintenance on manufacturer's UPS equipment. Preventive Maintenance (UPS) Performance Standard: Conduct Annual Inspection of (14) APC Symmetra UPS Systems Surveillance Method: Review alarm history, record UPS display meter readings. Inspect air intake filters; note operation of fans. Inspect performance of remote communications interfaces. Preventive Maintenance (Batteries) Performance Standard: Conduct annual inspection of Battteries, racks, cabinets, power and control wiring. Surveillance Method: Assure the battery area is clean, free debris, and well lighted. Assure that all facility safety equipment is available and functional. Measure and record the ambient air temperature with the battery area.
