- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for two portable tents/shelters/hangars. Detailed specifications will be included in the actual solicitation. The contractor shall deliver the items IAW with the requirements/specifications to Bogota, Colombia within 90 days after date of contract award. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM). The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or about 21 August 2013. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Point of contact is Annabelle F.
