- Request For Quotes This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: Griffin 824 /Trace Detection Mass Spectrometer Griffin 824 Starter Kit Yearly Consumables Package: 2,500 Reusable Sample Tickets per year (per system) 4 Filaments per year, per system 24 Verification Pens per year, per system 24 Thermal Paper Rolls per year, per system Free Software updates Technical Support Priority Telephone Technical Support Two-Year extended warranty and preventative Service (Includes five day turnaround on repairs. Loaner system is shipped as necessary to meet 5 day turn around guarantee for extensive repairs under warranty. Shipping included in price. "Brand Name or Equal" This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R36A3213A003. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price technically acceptable. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519, Size Standard 500 Employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 SFS/SUPPLY - F1R36A, 398 FOURTH AVE, DYESS AFB, TX 79607-1581.
