- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Ice Cream Products for Customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama Areas. Customers include: Columbus AFB, Keesler AFB, NAS Meridian, MS Air National Guard, NCBC Gulfport, Ships at Naval Station Pascagoula, Ingalls Shipyard, NAS New Orleans, USCG Station New Orleans, & Visiting ships to the Gulf Coast, Ft. Polk, Barksdale AFB, and Shreveport JCC. These delivery points require uninterrupted indefinite quantities of Milk, Other Dairy, and Ice Cream. The contract period will be December 8, 2013 through December 3, 2016.The contract period will be thirty-six (36) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items, and all other prices will be firm- fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA- EBS Internet Bid Board System at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil If not already registered, prospective offerers will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerers will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued in September 2013.
