- ***AMENDMENT 001*** THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER A QUESTION AND EXTEND THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTATIONS: QUESTION 1: Condition 7 (no moving parts) is not consistent with Condition 4 (Tuning range must be 770 - 795 nm ). Please clarify. ANSWER 1: The laser must not have any moving parts like a piezo. It must be stable against mechanical noise e.g. vibration. The user must be able to specify the center frequency of the laser at a wavelength of 770 nm to 795 nm. THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTATIONS IS EXTENDED AS FOLLOWS: FROM: AUGUST 21, 2013 BY 2:30 PM EASTERN TO: AUGUST 23, 2013 BY 12:00 PM EASTERN. ALL OTHER TERMS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
