Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center,Durham, North Carolina, will be soliciting proposals for Window wash and clean Services. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for proposal, VA246-13-Q-2186, will be issued on or about August 21, 2013. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2013 (or date of award) through September 30, 2014 for the base period. This is a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be verified in the Vet Biz data base at http://www.vetbiz.gov. and registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720 with a size standard of $14 Million.
