Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Office of Informatics and Analytics August 21, 2013 VA701-13-I-0303 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE RURAL HEALTH VIRTUAL SESSIONS The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Office of Informatics and Analytics intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Image Technical Services, LLC (Image) for media content production, live streaming, media publishing, and online event technical support/local site advertising for rural health virtual training courses published to the online, "My VeHU Campus." This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
