Description

Special Notice This is a notice of intent to award sole source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System intends to issue a contract to the American Psychological Association 750 First ST. NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242 to furnish Annual Accreditation services Mental Health Psychology Internship program, and Mental Health Psychology Residency program. This is not a request for proposal any notice received must show clear and compelling evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submission should be sent to Winston.Graber@va.gov no later than July 26, 2013 referencing Solicitation Number VA256-13-I-1336.
