The water plant is currently experiencing problem with air and backwashing filters, and it in need of emergency repairs. The requirement is to review the wash cycle, check and adjust all flow rates, determine that filters vales are holding, inspect the media bed and take core sample and measure filters bed depths, recommend air and backwash valve sequences.
