Description
The USFWS has a requirement to develop a method to determine Pacific Coast Snowy Plover reproductive success that does not require intensive color-leg banding. Award will be based on the best proposed method. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The NAICS code is 541711 and the size standard is 500. The work will commence upon Notice to Proceed and be completed by January 31, 2016 (including possible option year).
