Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed Solicitation Number W15QKN-13-R-0190 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) entitled quote mark EnCase Forensic Software Licenses Support quote mark. The RFP shall be written and addressed to the individuals listed within this document. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-67, dated 22 July 2013. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this effort is 511210, size standard, $35,500,000.00.
