- Description
- The Government intends to issue a Three-Year, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, for services to include: support consisting of all labor and supplies, equipment, test fixtures, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to perform tests, evaluations, analyses, test management, and incidental activities required for testing efforts, and other associated activities scheduled to be conducted by the Climatic, Dynamic, and Propulsion Test Divisions, RTC, ATEC, for the testing and evaluation of weapon systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components, and other associated items. The period of performance is from date of award through thirty-three (33) months thereafter. This procurement shall be 100 percent set-aside for competition limited to eligible U.S. Small Business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System code 541712 as services in support of mission requirements. The small business size standard associated with this classification is 500 employees. The FAR clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will be included in the contract to be awarded. The solicitation for this procurement will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry on or about 6 September 2013. Respondents are advised that requests for the solicitation sent by conventional U.S. mail service or courier services (Federal Express and United Parcel Service) are not routed directly to the above address
