Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. for a DRT 9957B (Tac- TRAM) portable ruggedized amplifier system to include travel and per diem expenses and 120 Senior Field Operator labor hours. This award is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the requirement. The DRT 9957B is to be incorporated with an existing DRT over the air device used to support ongoing DEA investigations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220. The business size standard is 501-750 employees. THIS SYNOPSIS IS POSTED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after contract award, DEA will make publically available the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
