- The purpose of this solicitation is for the purchase and installation of 3 Roll Bars, 3 Retractable Seatbelts, and 3 sets of LED Warning Lights on the Gator 6x4 Utility Vehicle. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. FOB: Destination. Please include the cost of labor in your offer. Be sure to include DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. The Basis for Award wil be the lowest price that is technically acceptable.
