- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis from Laser Techniques Co., 11431 Willows Rd NW Suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052, a firm fixed priced contract for: one (1) custom sensor scanning assembly for medium caliber rail bores, one (1) custom extended range workspace for medium calibers, one (1) calibration ring and guide fixture for medium caliber bores, integration and testing at vendor location, and one (1) hard sided shipping case. Laser Techniques Co. is the original manufacturer and sole provider of the items meeting our required specifications. Authorized resellers should contact the Contract Specialist for more information regarding the requirements. All items are to be priced Open Market or GSA only, no other methods will be accepted. Vendors must be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. If quoting GSA, offerors must prove that every item by part number in this configuration is on their schedule when submitting their quote. All presented as GSA who do not may be rejected. Delivery is required within 60 days of award. Any offerors who cannot meet this requirement shall state so in their offer and provide an alternative for consideration. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date is 27 August 2013 at 1200, noon, Eastern Time. Anticipated Award date is 30 September 2013. All items shall be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. All shipping costs must be included. Any offer that does not include shipping may be rejected.
