SIDE: 3/8" X 42 1/8" X 83 3/8" - 1 PC PLYWOOD 3/8" X 45 1/8" X 83 3/8" - 1 PC PLYWOOD THESE ARE FASTENED TOGETHER BY 2 PLYWOOD 6" X 3/8" STRIPS THAT ARE FIRST GLUED TOGETHER AND THEN GLUED AND STAPLED (1 1/4" STAPLES PLACED APPROXIMATELY 3 FT. APART) TO MAKE A PANEL 87 1/4" X 83 3/8". THREE 3X4S ARE USED PER EACH PANEL FOR FRAMING, ATTACHED OT THE TOP AND TWO SIDE EDGES OF THE SIDE PANEL USING 1 1/2" STAPLES, PLACED APPROXIMATELY EVERY 3" APART. TWO 2X4S, CUT 46 1/4" LONG ARE ATTACHED (USING 8D COMMON NAILS) TO THE TOP OUTER CORNERS OF THE SIDE PANELS BEFORE ATTACHING THE TOP PANEL TO THE CONTAINER. CAULKING IS THEN APPLIED TO ALL OUTER EDGES, SEAMS AND JOINTS. BASE: 1/2" X 46 1/4' X 86 1/4" - 1 PC PLYWOOD SIX 2X4S ARE USED FOR THE UNDER-BRACING. THESE ARE ATTACHED TO THE PLYWOOD FLOOR USING 1 1/2" LONG COMMON NAILS, SPACED APPROXIMATELY EVERY 6' APRAT.
