- This office will issue a Request for Quotations which will result in a firm-fixed price contract for ceiling and light replacement and office repairs at the Ava Ranger District administrative site on the Mark Twain National Forest in Douglas County, Missouri. Alternative payment protection (payment bond) will be required for any award exceeding $30,000. The Government estimate for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210. The small business size standard is $14 million in average annual receipts for the past 3 fiscal years. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM. No hard copies will be mailed. Interested offerors should follow the instructions in the RFQ for submitting offers.
